Collier’s has a successful International Cheese Awards

A record number of entries were submitted to the judges at this years Nantwich International Cheese Awards. At 4,592 entries it was the biggest in the awards history.

With such a strong field it was to our delight that we were awarded the best in class Gold for Collier’s Powerful Welsh Cheddar. 

At the Fayrefield stand a strong crowd were given the opportunity to purchase the Award Winning cheddar with all proceeds going to Mid-Cheshire Hospital Charity Trust Scanner Appeal. A team of staff from Fayrefield Foods will take on the Cheshire Cycle 70 Route to raise money for the appeal.
